As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and website, we are committed to keeping our privacy policy simple, readable, and easy to understand. By registering or visiting the QuickTech platform, you automatically agree to this privacy policy and the policies mentioned on the Terms of Use page, as well as any future updates or modifications. The platform's management is committed, within the limits permitted by law, to not disclose any personal information about the subscriber, such as their name or email address. Furthermore, this information will not be exchanged, traded, or sold to any other party as long as it is within the management's capabilities. Access to this information is restricted to qualified and professional individuals who oversee the platform.

The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for how they use the QuickTech platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). The platform's management, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaims all responsibility for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the user or any other party as a result of using the platform or being unable to use it.

Service Interruption, Omissions, and Errors on QuickTech

The platform's management makes every effort to ensure the website and product continue to operate without issues. However, errors, omissions, service interruptions, and delays may occur at any time due to various reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we expect users to be patient until the service returns to its normal, stable state.

Subscriber Account, Password, and Information Security

The subscriber chooses a password for their account and provides a personal email address for correspondence.
The responsibility for protecting this password and not sharing or publishing it lies with the subscriber. In the event of any transactions made using this password, the subscriber will bear all resulting responsibilities, with no responsibility on the platform.
The subscriber bears full responsibility for all their content that they upload and publish via the site. Any information deleted by users is not retained. When you delete content from the QuickTech platform or your academy, it is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
The subscriber agrees to all terms of use and promises not to publish anything that violates Islamic law in any way, or to use the platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: piracy, publishing and distributing copyrighted materials or programs, deception, forgery, fraud, threats, harassing any person, company, or group, publishing pornographic or sexual materials, or posting viruses or spyware or links to sites containing such violations.
It is strictly prohibited to violate intellectual property rights, defame a person, institution, or company, or intentionally publish any information that causes harm to a company, person, country, or group. It is also forbidden to post pirated materials, stolen programs, and anything that violates established norms and laws. The subscriber is fully responsible for everything they provide through their account on the platform/site.
It is strictly forbidden to use the site's services for political purposes. It is also forbidden to expose any Arab or Islamic country in any way.

Information Collected

When you create a new account on the QuickTech platform, we will ask you to enter your personal data, such as your name, ID, and email, for the purpose of communication and sending alerts about the product and service provided. The information we collect is subject to the following policies:

  • Usernames, email addresses, and general data are stored on our servers.

  • Passwords are stored in an encrypted and unreadable format.

  • Browse logs, page statistics, and other data related to visits and visitors, whether they are IP addresses, country of origin, browser language, etc., are stored and accessed under standard policies and are subject to strict security procedures. We promise that this information will not be used in any harmful way and will not be sold to any third party under any circumstances.

Cookies

Payment Data

You can pay for subscriptions to programs, courses, or services through Tamara or bank transfer. The QuickTech platform does not save or store this data in any way.

You can request a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you, with the exception of data that we are obligated to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes by regulatory authorities.
