How Can I Provide Feedback or File a Complaint?

If you have a complaint, feedback, or an issue in any of our training services or our virtual classes, you can contact us via the WhatsApp icon located in the bottom-left corner of the page. Alternatively, you can send a message to our email at sales@quicktech.com or through one of our social media platforms. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

If the complaint is not addressed within 48 hours, you can escalate it to the General Manager by forwarding the original email to info@quicktech.com. If the complaint was made via WhatsApp, simply send the word "Escalate" to our support WhatsApp number, and it will be forwarded to the General Manager.


Working Hours

We are available 24/7, all week long, except for Friday, which is our official day off.
